Responsible for receiving, sorting and inputting invoices payable into system. Monitor payment terms of invoices and arrange of payment via cash. Giro telegraphic transfer remittance or cheques. Assist in processing of claims and make payment via petty cash or cheque. Monitor outstanding purchase orders and ensure that payments are made according to the payment terms. Post accounts payable general ledger journal entries and adjustments into system. Check expenses report and charge it to appropriate accounts. Liaise with banks and suppliers concerning payment matters. Assist in preparation of supporting documents for auditor's verification and reconcilliation of accounts payable.

Required Skills & Competence

1. Min. bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.

2. 1 year of experience in similiar position, fresh graduates are also encourage to aplly.

3. Good communication, strong analytical skill, accurate and meticulous.

4. Passive english.
